No all of our dresses are brand new, never worn dresses.
We buy end of line, discontinued or excess stock from our Designers at heavily reduced prices to enable us to give you incredible one off prices.
If you see it, try it, love it then buy it! Once it’s gone it gone forever.
We are unable to reserve our dresses.
Yes our website stock is live though we can’t guarantee that the bride before you hasn’t bought the dress you are looking at!
Dresses can be taken down one, sometimes two sizes by a good, experienced seamstress. We cannot order dresses in different sizes, they are only available in the sizes you see on our website.
We get new stock on a weekly basis but we can never guarantee that we will get the same dress twice.
Because our dresses are greatly reduced in price we are unable to offer payment plans or finance.
We don’t offer storage, our dresses are ready to take home today.
We don’t offer alterations but we can recommend local seamstresses.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges from any item purchased instore. Please see our returns policy for more information.
Yes we have free, private parking right outside our store.
Yes we offer free refreshments and Fizz to all our guests.
Our appointments are for an hour and a half.
We accept all major credit cards except American Express. We also accept cash or bank transfers.
We have room for you to bring 3 guests.
Yes we are the sister store to TDR.
To keep prices as low as possible we don’t offer the full TDR service, so we don’t have storage or alterations on offer however, we promise to treat you and your guests in exactly the same way as we do at TDR, with free appointments, free refreshments and a fabulous, celebratory experience when you visit us.
Yes we sell flight boxes for weddings abroad to any bride who purchases a dress from us.
We have shoes for you to wear when trying on, nude or white underwear will help you see the dresses on you better. You are welcome to bring any shoes or accessories you have already purchased elsewhere too.
